I’m Molly, a new mum, gym nut and very new freelancer. I’ve stopped my 9-5 to explore the excitement of freelance web design.

With over 10 years of experience within the marketing industry, I'm excited to launch as a freelance web designer & brand consultant. In 2026, I'm returning from maternity leave after 9 months away, and I want to jump back in with my passion for creating beautiful websites that deliver!

I have a proven track record of creating successful websites, specialising in template sites using software like Wix, Webform and WordPress

(equivalent websites as well). With the experience and knowledge in marketing to back it up, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing and branding. I'm here to help push your business in front of those who need it. With qualifications up to level 5 marketing executive, I put this into action, running my own marketing department as an in-house marketer.

​My previous experience with a welding equipment company helped me realise my love for creating websites. I helped create and manage several websites using software like Wix, WordPress, and GoDaddy. The design work jumped out at me, not to mention seeing these succeed was the cherry on top of the cake. Allowing me to work under pressure to strict time scales and manage communication with a range of stakeholders. Giving me skills to help even the toughest of clients get the online presence they want!

I’ve helped shape a brand and ensured this has been led throughout the entirety of the marketing. Since then, I've not only created my own websites (yes, websites, blogs, personal training and this!) but have tackled more in-depth websites for upcoming businesses, including ecommerce. I'm eager to add more websites to my portfolio!

In my personal life.

In 2025, I welcomed my little boy into the world, and it's been a whirlwind since then. Watching him grow has been one of the greatest things, but boy, has it gone in the blink of an eye! In all honesty, I didn’t want to leave him for a 9-5, which gave me the boost and confidence I needed to do it on my own. Hence, I'm here, and MG web design was born!
